  My dream first started about a year and a half ago when I first laid my two eyes on her. It was defiantly love at first site. She wasn’t the hottest thing in town…but she was cute with much potential. I just knew that in time she would be mine, and with a little tender loving care...I could make her into the hottest thing alive! BUT there was one problem, she belonged to another man who abused her, and left her feeling empty and cold. One rainy day about two years ago, I approached this man and asked him if and when he was ever going to sell her, to give me first dibs. Well the time came when the appreciation of her was gone and the man decided it was time to sell her to some one else who could care for her better. I was notified that she was now for sale, and if I wanted her she could be mine... if the price was right. This made a jungle of my brain for nights on end, sleep was not even on the radar. As ten thousand different scenarios raced through my head, one way became particularly clear. After much discussing, arguing, debating, reasoning, reckoning, calculating interpreting and analyzing with Arie my dad and countless others I decided to buy her for my very own. Actually this isn’t exactly true, you see the scenario that I concluded with, incorporated the sharing of her with Arie. Now unlike most women, this one was very able to share because she wasn’t in fact a woman, but a HOUSE!  Yes, my friends Arie and I have unofficially bought our first house. Everything should be closed in about two or three weeks time, but our offer was then counter offered in which we accepted. It’s a red brick house, 2 bedrooms, one bath, living room, dining room, kitchen and breakfast nook. There are unfinished hard wood floors in everywhere but the kitchen and bathroom, which we plan to replace with ceramic tile. Many plans are in the making for this little house, to make it the "awesomest" house in the whole city of Summerfield. This home sits on somewhere between .75 and 1.00 acres of land in the heart of downtown Summerfield. I shall notify you when the house warming party is!

  This is the view from the back of the property. As you can see there is alot of backyard potential...just wait till i get my bobcat on this...Shall be the promise land after we get dont with it!!
  
  
  
  ^on the Left side of the house we will pour a concrete driveway, seeing its just gravel now. All those Bushes will be ripped out and relandscaped...the shudders shall be painted...White????? also a Sidewalk is going to connect the front step with the side entrance.
  
  
  We have plans to cut the window closes to the chimney out, and make it a door that would lead out to a deck!
  
  We thank the Lord for bringing all of the ends so nicely together so far. We have received financing, which believe me was not easy, and now its just a matter of an appraisal, and paper work!
